Bub is still not engaged. My OB has said that if she hasn't engaged by 40 weeks then there might be a possibility of a scheduled c-section. I am really hoping not to go down this avenue but of course bub's health is what is important so I will do whatever my OB suggests. Other than that she is still growing and moving around.Popp Jnr's development at 38 weeks... Babies at week 39 weigh about 6.8 to 7 pounds / 3 to 3.2 kilograms and continue to build the fat stores that will help regulate body temperature after birth. Bub's organ systems are fully developed and in place, but the lungs will be last to reach maturity.
